Our application fee is $25.00.  Applications are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

All applicants are screened for:

Leases

Security deposit amount conditional upon credit check. The minimum security deposit $300.

12 or 6-month lease term with 60-day notice required.

Heat, water, trash/recycling, and gas are all paid. Some buildings include free laundry.

Each resident must sign this addendum before renting which details the list of compliances.

Efficiency / Studio: 1 person

1-Bedroom: 2 people (max)

2-Bedroom: 3 people (max)
