The famous Guthrie Theater, Walker Art Center, Minneapolis Art Institute, and other independent theaters are located within walking distance from these neighborhoods. Downtown Minneapolis, a few blocks away from our buildings, offers numerous businesses, exciting nightlife, and fine dining. The locations of our buildings are convenient for people who work downtown and also for students of the Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC), Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), Dunwoody Institute, the University of Minnesota.
