LEASES |
DOGS:
|
- $20 per month rent.
- $200 non-refundable
fee.
- Up to 2 dogs per
unit.

One month's rent and deposit
required at move in. Deposit is equal to one months rent.
Deposit is forfeited if lease is broken.

12 month lease with
60 day move out notice required. |
CATS:

- $10 per month rent.
- Up to 2 cats per unit.
|
|
Heat, water, trash/recycling
and gas are all paid. Some buildings include free
laundry. |

Attached to our lease is
our Addendum, which is a list
of compliances each tenant must sign before renting.

Protective dog breeds are NOT
