Copenhagen Enterprises is family-owned and operated from our 26 Oak Grove location in Loring Park. We value honesty, and pride ourselves on treating each resident fairly and respectfully.
Our commitment to mutual respect extends to the ongoing service we provide to residents. For example: if there is a service or maintenance request, we are prompt in responding and then solve the problem with quality work.
Copenhagen management and staff is dedicated to maintaing a friendly, community-oriented culture.
Buildings
We operate 12 distinct buildings in desirable locations across Minneapolis. You can find our buildings in Elliot Park, Loring Park, Nicollet Avenue, and Stevens Square.
Our buildings and locations were selected to meet the unique needs of urban residents:

The safety of our residents is highly important.
We take numerous measures to develop an environment where residents can feel comfortable. These measures include having security doors on each building, ensuring family management is on-site in Loring Park and close to all other locations, and conducting a thorough background check on each prospective resident.
